This is an image of a color wheel. A color wheel depicts the different primary, secondary, and tertiary pigment colors (as opposed to light colors). The wheel shows which colors are related and which colors are made by other colors. It was found on a website called The Artist's Tool Kit. http://www.artsconnected.org/toolkit/encyc_colorwheel.html It has many links with useful tools for artists and is easily accessible. On the page with the color wheel, real pieces of artwork are used to exemplify different uses of color.
