This image is of the Oregon Trail. It stretches from St. Louis, Missouri to Astoria, Oregon and includes all the stops in between. It would be useful in a history lesson on the Oregon trail. Since most elementary schools in Oregon require teacher to cover the subject in 4th grade, it would be helpful to be able to show to the class and point out different places as we learn about them. I got it from a website that has an archive of images from the University of Texas at Austin. This webpage has many map links and would be useful for many history topics.
